Music is an incredible talent for a person to hold, but it’s a skill that requires a great deal of time, energy, passion, and care. Unfortunately, this is something that makes pursuing a career in the music scene feel almost impossible for so many people – but it shouldn’t have to be this way! And now, for anyone who has been feeling like getting into the music industry isn’t going to work with their lifestyle, there’s a new name on the scene. His name is JLJ, and he’s changing the status quo and reminding us that, no matter one’s background in life, there are always ways to chase your dreams.

But JLJ isn’t really a brand new entrant to the industry; in fact, he’s returning to his career after a hiatus spanning more than eleven years. After an initially bright and successful launch to his career, things took a turn after JLJ started a family with his wife at the time. Though things seemed to start out well, things wouldn’t last as peacefully, and by the end of 2018, JLJ found himself living in a shelter with his four children after he divorced his former partner.

Despite this seemingly impossible situation, JLJ always worked tirelessly to improve his outlook and prospects. And, through prayer and hope, he eventually found his footing once more and even began focusing on his music again. This would allow him to build a brighter future, and now, we’re thrilled to see JLJ making his mark on the music scene once more with the release of his hot new album, The Introduction.
